Based in Malibu and Orange County, Sara creates customized sessions that meet each client exactly where they are in their personal journey. With a deep commitment to supporting growth and transformation, she guides individuals toward clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Sara's path to this work began during a period of disconnection in her own life. Seeking healing, she found solace in the serene Santa Monica Mountains, where her connection with horses became a powerful source of renewal and insight. The breakthroughs she experienced—many of which traditional talk therapy had not reached—inspired her to help others find similar transformation. Sara deepened her skills by completing a rigorous six-month certification program at Shakti Ranch, becoming a certified equine-assisted learning practitioner.

Through Equine Flow and Soul, Sara offers more than sessions with horses—she offers a journey back to self, supported by nature, presence, and profound equine wisdom.
